The Metal+ Inside door consists of the following elements:

  • A mortared steel frame (20/10) covering the wall thickness.

  • Edge insulation, with intumescent material for fire-rated doors.
  • A tubular internal steel structure (60 x 60 x 2 mm).

  • A door skin made of 15/10 galvanised steel, screwed into the internal tubular frame and individually replaceable.

  • High-strength synthetic material protecting the insulation or intumescent core.
  • Rounded edges for a refined finish.

Door sizes vary depending on whether it is a single or double leaf:

  • Leaf width: 600 mm to 1200 mm

  • Leaf height: 1702 mm to 2270 mm

  • Maximum surface area: 2.72 m² (or 5.744 m² for double doors)

  • Clear passage: Opening width – 255 mm, Opening height – 90 mm

Custom dimensions beyond certificate limits are available upon request.

Yes. Due to weight constraints, the standard limit per leaf is 1200 x 2400 mm. However, if the width is below 1200 mm, the height may exceed 2400 mm, provided the surface does not exceed 2.88 m² and complies with certification.

Yes. The construction support must be at least 190 mm thick and have a minimum density of 480 kg/m³.

Several finishes are available:

  • Magnelis® ZM 250 hot-dip galvanised steel
  • Stainless steel 304 or 316
  • RAL coating on request

Yes, multiple options are available:

  • Peep-hole glazing, in standard or custom sizes

  • Large glazed panels, adapted to certifications and needs

Yes. A door position indicator can be added for remote monitoring purposes.

An electric lock can be installed in the frame of the door for access control.

Optional features include:

  • Door stops,
  • Kick plates, and other impact protection elements
  • Magnetic retainer (hold open)
  • High and/or low locks (closes with deadbolt only).

The certification has been delivered by the University of Liège (Belgium).
