Ze is verplicht voor brandwerende buitendeuren voor voetgangers (normen EN 16034 + EN 14351-1), maar geldt nog niet automatisch voor brandwerende binnendeuren, bij gebrek aan een gepubliceerde geharmoniseerde norm.<\/strong> Vooral \u00e9\u00e9n onderscheid is doorslaggevend: de CE-markering verleent <strong>markttoegang<\/strong>, maar garandeert op zich niet de <strong>aanvaarding op de werf<\/strong> \u2014 die hangt af van de nationale regelgeving.<\/p>\n<p>Het is precies deze nuance die de veelvoorkomende verwarring verklaart bij architecten, algemene aannemers en bouwheren, in het bijzonder bij grensoverschrijdende projecten. Zodra een product onder een geharmoniseerde norm valt, wordt de CE-markering verplicht en vormt ze de wettelijke basis voor de verkoop ervan, samen met een <strong>prestatieverklaring (DoP)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Voor brandwerende deuren is de referentienorm <strong>EN 16034<\/strong>, die de kenmerken voor brandwerendheid en\/of rookwerendheid vastlegt. Essentieel punt: <strong>EN 16034 geldt nooit op zich.<\/strong> Ze wordt altijd gecombineerd met een productnorm:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>EN 14351-1<\/strong> voor <strong>buitendeuren voor voetgangers<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li><strong>EN 13241<\/strong> voor industri\u00eble deuren en afsluitingen;<\/li>\n<li><strong>EN 14351-2<\/strong> voor <strong>binnendeuren voor voetgangers<\/strong> \u2014 <em>maar deze norm is nog niet vermeld in het Publicatieblad van de EU en dus niet geharmoniseerd.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>De brandwerendheidsproeven worden uitgevoerd volgens <strong>EN 1634-1<\/strong> (en <strong>EN 1634-3<\/strong> voor de rookwerendheid), en de classificatie gebeurt volgens <strong>EN 13501-2<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>Buitendeuren: CE-markering verplicht sinds 2019<\/h3>\n<p>Voor <strong>brandwerende buitendeuren voor voetgangers<\/strong> is de CE-markering volgens <strong>EN 16034 + EN 14351-1<\/strong> <strong>verplicht sinds 1 november 2019<\/strong>. De vroegere nationale goedkeuringen voor deze producten zijn niet langer geldig om ze op de markt te brengen. <em>In dat opzicht voldoen alle brandwerende buitendeuren voor voetgangers van Heinen aan de CE-markering.<\/em><\/p>\n<h3>Binnendeuren: de weg via de ETA<\/h3>\n<p>Voor <strong>brandwerende binnendeuren<\/strong> betekent het ontbreken van een geharmoniseerde norm (EN 14351-2 is niet gepubliceerd) dat de CE-markering noch automatisch vereist, noch automatisch beschikbaar is. <strong>Dat wil niet zeggen dat deze deuren niet in Europa in omloop mogen zijn.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De CPR voorziet in een alternatief mechanisme: de <strong>Europese Technische Beoordeling (ETA)<\/strong>, opgesteld op basis van een <strong>Europees Beoordelingsdocument (EAD)<\/strong>. Het EAD legt de beoordelingsmethoden, de essenti\u00eble kenmerken en de toepasselijke proeven vast. Op die basis worden de prestaties beoordeeld (EN 1634-1, en eventueel EN 1634-3) en geclassificeerd (EN 13501-2). De ETA maakt het vervolgens mogelijk een DoP op te stellen en, in voorkomend geval, de CE-markering aan te brengen \u2014 zelfs zonder geharmoniseerde norm.<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\t<div class=\"text-image full relative overflow-hidden    py-14\"  style=\"background: linear-gradient(45deg, #ffc1c1, white);\" >\n\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t<div class=\" container \">\n\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\n\t\t\t<div style=\"grid-template-columns: 15% 1fr;\" class=\"lg:grid  gap-8 \">\n\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\" order-2\">\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<header class=\"flex flex-col \">\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"mt-0 mb-8 \">Het brandwerende aanbod van Heinen Doors: beschikbare classificaties en DoP<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/header>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"prose text-secondary \">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Heinen produceert zijn brandwerende binnen- en buitendeuren volgens het <strong>Metal+ Inside-concept<\/strong>. Rechtstreeks gevolg: afgezien van een verbeterd deurblad en de afdichting ervan zijn de binnen- en buitendeuren <strong>nagenoeg identiek<\/strong> \u2014 een constructieve consistentie die het voorschrijven vereenvoudigt en een homogeen kwaliteitsniveau waarborgt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Brandwerende buitendeuren<\/strong>: alle buitendeuren van Heinen kunnen <strong>CE-gemarkeerd<\/strong> worden, in de volgende classificaties \u2014 EI1 30, EI2 60, EI1 60, EI2 90, EI2 120, EI1 120, EI2 180 en EI2 240.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Brandwerende binnendeuren<\/strong>: dezelfde classificaties zijn beschikbaar, aangevuld met de <strong>pendelconfiguraties<\/strong> in EI1 30, EI2 60 en EI1 60.<\/p>\n<p>Voor al deze deuren <strong>kan Heinen de klant een prestatieverklaring (DoP) bezorgen<\/strong>. Let op: voor sommige brandwerende binnendeuren is de <strong>ETA nog in aanvraag<\/strong>. Dat is met name het geval voor de binnendeur <strong>EI1 120 \/ EI2 180<\/strong>, waarvan de ETA in afwachting van toekenning is \u2014 een kwestie van maanden. De exacte status van een bepaalde configuratie wordt project per project bevestigd met de teams van Heinen.<\/p>\n<h3>De CE-markering vervangt de nationale regelgeving niet<\/h3>\n<p>Dit is de te vermijden fout nummer \u00e9\u00e9n: denken dat de CE-markering de aanvaarding van een deur op de werf garandeert. De CE-markering dekt uitsluitend de <strong>producteigenschappen<\/strong> en de <strong>markttoegang<\/strong>. De uiteindelijke aanvaarding hangt af van de nationale regels, het gebruik van het gebouw en de controlebureaus. Het regelgevende kader steunt op de <em>Landesbauordnungen<\/em> (bouwverordeningen van de deelstaten) en de MVV TB. In de praktijk geven de autoriteiten de voorkeur aan nationale goedkeuringen zoals de <em>allgemeine bauaufsichtliche Zulassung<\/em> (abZ) of de <em>allgemeine Bauartgenehmigung<\/em> (aBG), afgeleverd door het DIBt.<\/p>\n<p>Brandwerende binnendeuren worden er traditioneel aangeduid met de klassen <strong>T30, T60 of T90<\/strong>. Deze nationale benamingen stemmen in het Europese systeem overeen met de klassen <strong>EI2 30, EI2 60 en EI2 90<\/strong> \u2014 en niet met EI1. Een T30-deur voldoet dus aan de EI2-eisen, maar niet aan de strengere EI1-criteria. Dit onderscheid is essentieel bij grensoverschrijdende projecten, met name met Belgi\u00eb, dat de voorkeur geeft aan EI1.<\/p>\n<p>Naast de brandklasse beoordeelt Duitsland de deur als een <strong>volledig systeem<\/strong>: deurblad, kozijn, hang- en sluitwerk, slot, deurkruk en zelfsluitingssysteem maken integraal deel uit van het goedgekeurde product. De deurkruk is nooit een bijkomstig element, en elke wijziging van slot of deurkruk kan de goedkeuring in het gedrang brengen. De deur moet bovendien correct sluiten en gesloten blijven tijdens de volledige brandwerendheidsduur, ook bij vervorming door de hitte; de compatibiliteit tussen deurkruk, slot en deurdranger wordt zeer streng geanalyseerd. Ten slotte stelt Duitsland vaak hoge eisen aan de <strong>rookwerendheid<\/strong> (proeven volgens EN 1634-3, klassen Sa en\/of S200), in het bijzonder voor vluchtwegen. Voor brandwerende binnendeuren steunt de aanvaarding hoofdzakelijk op de nationale brandveiligheidsregelgeving, die varieert naargelang het gebruik van het gebouw \u2014 voor publiek toegankelijke gebouwen (ERP), hoogbouw (IGH) en gebouwen die onder de Arbeidswet vallen.<\/p>\n<p>Brandwerende binnendeuren worden er doorgaans aanvaard op basis van een <strong>proces-verbaal van brandweerstand volgens EN 1634-1<\/strong> en een classificatieverslag afgeleverd door een erkend laboratorium. Proeven uitgevoerd in andere Europese landen worden erkend, op voorwaarde dat ze afkomstig zijn van geaccrediteerde instanties. Voor binnendeuren steunt het kader eveneens op de proeven volgens EN 1634-1 en de classificatie volgens EN 13501-2.<\/p>\n<p>De Belgische bijzonderheid ligt in de regelgevende keuze voor de classificatie <strong>EI1<\/strong> in plaats van EI2 voor de thermische isolatie. Deze eis houdt strengere criteria in voor de beperking van de temperatuurstijging aan de van het vuur afgekeerde zijde. In de praktijk kunnen bepaalde deuren die in andere landen conform EI2 zijn, in Belgi\u00eb niet zonder verantwoording of aanpassing worden aanvaard.
