Purchasing planning and execution<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Translate internal needs into purchasing plans and compliant purchase orders (quantities, technical specifications, lead times).<\/li>\n<li>Place purchase orders in line with budgets and secure supply lead times.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up with suppliers and arbitrate priorities in case of supply constraints.<\/li>\n<li>Verify the consistency of requirements via manufacturing sheets (materials, accessories, hardware) and organize their transmission to the relevant departments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>2. Inventory management and availability<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Define, monitor, and adjust stock parameters (min\/max levels, safety stock, reorder points).<\/li>\n<li>Optimize stock turnover and limit stockouts, overstocking, and slow-moving or obsolete inventory.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure availability of stored materials for production and other departments.<\/li>\n<li>Supervise inventories and ensure the reliability of stock data.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>3. Supplier performance and supply quality<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage supplier claims, returns, credit notes, and disputes.<\/li>\n<li>Implement and manage supplier evaluations (quality, delivery times, costs, service).<\/li>\n<li>Identify, monitor, and manage non-conformities in coordination with internal teams.<\/li>\n<li>Drive corrective and preventive actions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>4. Sourcing, selection, and audits<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify new suppliers and secure reliable alternatives.<\/li>\n<li>Qualify and audit suppliers (technical capabilities, quality, compliance).<\/li>\n<li>Define criteria for maintaining or delisting suppliers and ensure a robust, up-to-date supplier base.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>5. Negotiation and contracting<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Negotiate commercial conditions: prices, payment terms, penalties, lead times, transport.<\/li>\n<li>Manage supplier contracts and seek the best balance between <strong>total cost \/ quality \/ lead times<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Define and monitor the list of approved carriers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>6. Internal coordination and administration<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure smooth communication with production, warehouse, packing, R&amp;D, Internal Sales Department, and accounting.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that goods receipts comply with purchase orders and shipping documents.<\/li>\n<li>Report and resolve administrative and logistical discrepancies to ensure reliable data entry.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in coordination meetings and contribute to the overall management of purchasing activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>7. Warehouse management (depending on organization)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage warehouses (raw materials, hardware, tooling).<\/li>\n<li>Organize and coordinate the work of warehouse staff: priorities, task allocation, work standards.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with safety rules, 5S principles, and flow quality.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>8.
