Sie ist f\u00fcr Brandschutz-Au\u00dfent\u00fcren f\u00fcr Fu\u00dfg\u00e4nger verpflichtend (Normen EN 16034 + EN 14351-1), gilt jedoch noch nicht automatisch f\u00fcr Brandschutz-Innent\u00fcren, da hierf\u00fcr keine harmonisierte Norm ver\u00f6ffentlicht ist.<\/strong> Entscheidend ist vor allem das Verst\u00e4ndnis einer wesentlichen Unterscheidung: Die CE-Kennzeichnung gew\u00e4hrt den <strong>Marktzugang<\/strong>, garantiert f\u00fcr sich genommen aber nicht die <strong>Akzeptanz auf der Baustelle<\/strong>, die von den nationalen Vorschriften abh\u00e4ngt.<\/p>\n<p>Genau diese Nuance erkl\u00e4rt die h\u00e4ufige Verwirrung bei Architekten, Generalunternehmern und Bauherren, insbesondere bei grenz\u00fcberschreitenden Projekten. Sobald ein Produkt von einer harmonisierten Norm erfasst wird, ist die CE-Kennzeichnung verpflichtend und bildet die rechtliche Grundlage f\u00fcr seine Vermarktung, begleitet von einer <strong>Leistungserkl\u00e4rung (DoP)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr Brandschutzt\u00fcren ist die Referenznorm <strong>EN 16034<\/strong>, die die Eigenschaften f\u00fcr den Feuerwiderstand und\/oder die Rauchdichtheit festlegt. Wesentlicher Punkt: <strong>EN 16034 gilt niemals allein.<\/strong> Sie wird stets mit einer Produktnorm kombiniert:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>EN 14351-1<\/strong> f\u00fcr <strong>Au\u00dfent\u00fcren f\u00fcr Fu\u00dfg\u00e4nger<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li><strong>EN 13241<\/strong> f\u00fcr Industrietore und Abschl\u00fcsse;<\/li>\n<li><strong>EN 14351-2<\/strong> f\u00fcr <strong>Innent\u00fcren f\u00fcr Fu\u00dfg\u00e4nger<\/strong> \u2014 <em>diese Norm ist jedoch noch nicht im Amtsblatt der EU zitiert und somit nicht harmonisiert.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Die Feuerwiderstandspr\u00fcfungen werden nach <strong>EN 1634-1<\/strong> durchgef\u00fchrt (und nach <strong>EN 1634-3<\/strong> f\u00fcr die Rauchdichtheit), die Klassifizierung erfolgt nach <strong>EN 13501-2<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>Au\u00dfent\u00fcren: CE-Kennzeichnung seit 2019 verpflichtend<\/h3>\n<p>F\u00fcr <strong>Brandschutz-Au\u00dfent\u00fcren f\u00fcr Fu\u00dfg\u00e4nger<\/strong> ist die CE-Kennzeichnung nach <strong>EN 16034 + EN 14351-1<\/strong> <strong>seit dem 1. November 2019 verpflichtend<\/strong>. Die fr\u00fcheren nationalen Zulassungen f\u00fcr diese Produkte sind f\u00fcr das Inverkehrbringen nicht mehr g\u00fcltig. <em>In diesem Sinne sind alle Brandschutz-Au\u00dfent\u00fcren f\u00fcr Fu\u00dfg\u00e4nger von Heinen CE-konform.<\/em><\/p>\n<h3>Innent\u00fcren: der Weg \u00fcber die ETA<\/h3>\n<p>F\u00fcr <strong>Brandschutz-Innent\u00fcren<\/strong> bedeutet das Fehlen einer harmonisierten Norm (EN 14351-2 nicht ver\u00f6ffentlicht), dass die CE-Kennzeichnung weder automatisch erforderlich noch automatisch verf\u00fcgbar ist. <strong>Das hei\u00dft nicht, dass diese T\u00fcren in Europa nicht in Verkehr gebracht werden d\u00fcrfen.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Die CPR sieht einen alternativen Mechanismus vor: die <strong>Europ\u00e4ische Technische Bewertung (ETA)<\/strong>, die auf der Grundlage eines <strong>Europ\u00e4ischen Bewertungsdokuments (EAD)<\/strong> erstellt wird. Das EAD legt die Bewertungsmethoden, die wesentlichen Merkmale und die anwendbaren Pr\u00fcfungen fest. Auf dieser Grundlage werden die Leistungen bewertet (EN 1634-1, gegebenenfalls EN 1634-3) und klassifiziert (EN 13501-2). Die ETA erm\u00f6glicht es dann, eine DoP zu erstellen und gegebenenfalls die CE-Kennzeichnung anzubringen \u2014 auch ohne harmonisierte Norm.<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\t<div class=\"text-image full relative overflow-hidden    py-14\"  style=\"background: linear-gradient(45deg, #ffc1c1, white);\" >\n\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t<div class=\" container \">\n\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\n\t\t\t<div style=\"grid-template-columns: 15% 1fr;\" class=\"lg:grid  gap-8 \">\n\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\" order-2\">\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<header class=\"flex flex-col \">\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"mt-0 mb-8 \">Das Brandschutz-Angebot von Heinen Doors: verf\u00fcgbare Klassifizierungen und DoP<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/header>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"prose text-secondary \">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Heinen fertigt seine Brandschutz-Innen- und -Au\u00dfent\u00fcren nach dem <strong>Metal+ Inside-Konzept<\/strong>. Direkte Folge: Abgesehen von einem verbesserten T\u00fcrblatt und seiner Abdichtung sind die Innen- und Au\u00dfent\u00fcren <strong>nahezu identisch<\/strong> \u2014 eine konstruktive Konsistenz, die die Ausschreibung vereinfacht und ein einheitliches Qualit\u00e4tsniveau gew\u00e4hrleistet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Brandschutz-Au\u00dfent\u00fcren<\/strong>: Alle Au\u00dfent\u00fcren von Heinen k\u00f6nnen in den folgenden Klassifizierungen <strong>CE-gekennzeichnet<\/strong> werden \u2014 EI1 30, EI2 60, EI1 60, EI2 90, EI2 120, EI1 120, EI2 180 und EI2 240.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Brandschutz-Innent\u00fcren<\/strong>: Dieselben Klassifizierungen sind verf\u00fcgbar, erg\u00e4nzt um die <strong>Pendelkonfigurationen<\/strong> in EI1 30, EI2 60 und EI1 60.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr all diese T\u00fcren <strong>kann Heinen dem Kunden eine Leistungserkl\u00e4rung (DoP) zur Verf\u00fcgung stellen<\/strong>. Hinweis: F\u00fcr einige Brandschutz-Innent\u00fcren wird die <strong>ETA noch eingeholt<\/strong>. Das betrifft insbesondere die Innent\u00fcr <strong>EI1 120 \/ EI2 180<\/strong>, deren ETA noch aussteht \u2014 eine Frage von Monaten. Der genaue Status einer bestimmten Konfiguration ist projektbezogen mit den Teams von Heinen zu best\u00e4tigen.<\/p>\n<h3>Die CE-Kennzeichnung ersetzt nicht die nationalen Vorschriften<\/h3>\n<p>Hier der zu vermeidende Fehler Nummer eins: zu glauben, die CE-Kennzeichnung garantiere die Akzeptanz einer T\u00fcr auf der Baustelle. Die CE-Kennzeichnung deckt ausschlie\u00dflich die <strong>Produkteigenschaften<\/strong> und den <strong>Marktzugang<\/strong> ab. Die endg\u00fcltige Akzeptanz h\u00e4ngt von den nationalen Regeln, der Nutzung des Geb\u00e4udes und den Pr\u00fcfstellen ab. Der rechtliche Rahmen st\u00fctzt sich auf die <em>Landesbauordnungen<\/em> und die MVV TB. In der Praxis bevorzugen die Beh\u00f6rden nationale Zulassungen wie die <em>allgemeine bauaufsichtliche Zulassung<\/em> (abZ) oder die <em>allgemeine Bauartgenehmigung<\/em> (aBG), die vom DIBt erteilt werden.<\/p>\n<p>Brandschutz-Innent\u00fcren werden dort traditionell mit den Klassen <strong>T30, T60 oder T90<\/strong> bezeichnet. Im europ\u00e4ischen System entsprechen diese nationalen Bezeichnungen den Klassen <strong>EI2 30, EI2 60 und EI2 90<\/strong> und nicht EI1. Eine T30-T\u00fcr erf\u00fcllt somit die EI2-Anforderungen, jedoch nicht die strengeren EI1-Kriterien. Diese Unterscheidung ist bei grenz\u00fcberschreitenden Projekten wesentlich, insbesondere mit Belgien, das EI1 bevorzugt.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dcber die Brandklasse hinaus bewertet Deutschland die T\u00fcr als <strong>vollst\u00e4ndiges System<\/strong>: T\u00fcrblatt, Zarge, Beschl\u00e4ge, Schloss, Dr\u00fccker und Selbstschlie\u00dfeinrichtung sind integraler Bestandteil des zugelassenen Produkts. Der Dr\u00fccker ist nie ein nebens\u00e4chliches Element, und jede \u00c4nderung von Schloss oder Dr\u00fccker kann die Zulassung infrage stellen. Die T\u00fcr muss zudem ordnungsgem\u00e4\u00df schlie\u00dfen und w\u00e4hrend der gesamten Feuerwiderstandsdauer geschlossen bleiben, auch bei Verformung durch die Hitzeeinwirkung; die Kompatibilit\u00e4t zwischen Dr\u00fccker, Schloss und T\u00fcrschlie\u00dfer wird sehr streng analysiert. Schlie\u00dflich stellt Deutschland h\u00e4ufig hohe Anforderungen an die <strong>Rauchdichtheit<\/strong> (Pr\u00fcfungen nach EN 1634-3, Klassen Sa und\/oder S200), insbesondere f\u00fcr Rettungswege. Bei Brandschutz-Innent\u00fcren st\u00fctzt sich die Akzeptanz haupts\u00e4chlich auf die nationalen Brandschutzvorschriften, die je nach Nutzung des Geb\u00e4udes variieren \u2014 \u00f6ffentlich zug\u00e4ngliche Geb\u00e4ude (ERP), Hochh\u00e4user (IGH) und Geb\u00e4ude, die unter das Arbeitsgesetzbuch fallen.&lt;\/p&gt;<br \/>\n&lt;p&gt;Brandschutz-Innent\u00fcren werden in der Regel auf Grundlage eines &lt;strong&gt;Feuerwiderstandspr\u00fcfberichts nach EN 1634-1&lt;\/strong&gt; und eines von einem zugelassenen Labor ausgestellten Klassifizierungsberichts akzeptiert. In anderen europ\u00e4ischen L\u00e4ndern durchgef\u00fchrte Pr\u00fcfungen werden anerkannt, sofern sie von akkreditierten Stellen stammen.
